Installation fehlgeschlagen

Hallo

Ich kann keine Installation vornehmen, weder die Version 14 noch 2018 von Premiere Elements, jedoch habe ich bereits eine Installation der Version 12 auf dem iMAC installiert. Was kann das sein? Die Minimalanforderung sind alle erfüllt.

As you have mentioned you are unable to install Premiere Elements version 14 and 2018 on your Mac machine, do you see any error message or codes when the installation fails? Which version of Mac OS are you using?

Have you tried downloading the product from the following link and install: Download Adobe Premiere Elements | 2018, 15, and 14? If not, then please give it a try.

Modellname: iMac

• iMAC with High Sierra version 10.13.6
• yes I have downloaded the version 2018 from your website and I have officially bought the version 14 in the webshop

I see no error, only the message in the added pic... and in the "Fehlerbericht" it says only "System Requirements"

I have no idea
