Installation nicht erfolgreich, kein Zugriff auf die Applikationsverwaltung, Dateien nicht in Cloud

Hallo,

leider ist der Adobe-Support nicht hilfreich. Ich erhalte NACH Installation ein Fenster auf dem steht: 

Kein Zugriff auf die Applikationsverwaltung. Mein MacBook hat nur mich als Admin (aktuell) , eine frühere Lizenz lief über den Arbeitgeber für die Homeoffice-Anwendung.

Mir wurde von diesem mitgeteilt, dass ich diesen Link nutzen

und die Datei löschen soll. Ein Löschen ist nicht möglich, auch scheint die Datei leer. 

Zunächst konnte ich Adobe Pro (das ich erworben habe) in der Cloud einsehen. Jetzt ist die Cloud ebenfalls leer. 

Alle Links, die mir Adobe geschickt hat, sind völlig unhilfreich. Ich weiß wirklich nicht mehr weiter.

do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

remove previous licensing in case the cleaner failed, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
