Installation of Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements

I have set up my Adobe account and downloaded and installed Photoshop Elements 2024 and Premiere Elements 2024 but my account says that I don't have any apps in it.  What should I do now?

Well you don't have any Creative Cloud apps because Elements is non-subscription software, separate from Creative Cloud.   To launch Elements, go to your computer's Start Menu.
