Hi, I have a installation problem and hope to find help. Please excuse my poor english, because I am from Germany.

I run the complete Adobe CC abo as a freelancer an my iMac in the second year now.

Last week I bought a used MacPro and wanted to install it on this Mac too as a second installation.

I downloaded the creative cloud installer, logged in and downloaded/installed the programs.

When I now want to start the programs I only have two choices. First, to start the test (is this the 30day trial??). Second to activate it with a serial number.

I cannot remember to have entered a serial number when I first activated my original copy on the iMac...or should I have one....??!!

Please help.

no, there is no serial number for cc products.

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop app using the same adobe id used to subscribe to creative cloud, Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app

if that fails, Creative Cloud applications ask for serial number

Thanks for the fast reply, but it did not work.

Just to make sure I did not enter a wrong password, I changed the actual one in my account to a new one with success.

Than again, signed out and in again. But still the same problem, after starting a program. I can only continue the test or enter a license.

The apps-window in the crative cloud desktop app shows a blue rectangle besides the installed apps saying "start test" (Test beginnen)

Any further ideas?

I tried to change the language from german to international english, but than, the creative cloud window says that no apps have been installed. Changing back to german the installed apps were shown correctly.

Other than that, if anything in my account would be wrong, like adress, birth date or payment information the main/first installation on the iMac would also be affected - right?

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

then, if your subscription is active and matches what you expect, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

if that fails to help using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
