I subscribed to the basic level of service yesterday and tried to go through the installation process which was interrupted by "unable to reach Adobe servers." I am at a loss as to what to do to correct this problem.
The basic service, not Adobe pro. I am a single user with a Lenovo laptop. I have full internet access and all other normal connections (email, zoom, etc.).
