I subscribed to the basic level of service yesterday and tried to go through the installation process which was interrupted by "unable to reach Adobe servers." I am at a loss as to what to do to correct this problem.

Which service did you describe to exactly, please? And what is your computer system?

The basic service, not Adobe pro. I am a single user with a Lenovo laptop. I have full internet access and all other normal connections (email, zoom, etc.).

Sorry, not following. Which basic service? What is the name of the service. Adobe have many different services of many kinds (and a lot of services with Pro in the title too).
