Installation stalled at 26%

I'm having problems reinstalling the Creative Cloud app and applications. I had problems updating the applications so I followed the process and uninstalled all of my Adobe applications.   Now, I can't get anything to install after following the entire process. It's been stuck at 26% for 30 minutes. Help, please.
