Installeren Creative Cloud

Hey,

I Noud van der Bruggen <e-mail removed by moderator> have subscribed to Creative Cloud.

The installation failed me because the work program aborted.

On the desktop or the APP but not open.

When I try to open it shows one error.

If I Bridge then see my name in it and my information is correct.

Now I would Uninstall can do but I lost my mails with the codes since disappeared by another problem.

So I have no more information.

Can you tell me any information please resend.

Like your help to operate the CC correctly on my MacBook pro with CC.

Ik Noud van der Bruggen <e-mail removed by moderator> heb een abonnement genomen op Creative Cloud.

Het installeren lukte mij niet omdat het programma werk afgebroken.

Op het bureaublad staat wel de APP maar die opent niet.

Als ik probeer te openen geeft hij aan   fout 1.

Als ik Bridge zie dan staat mijn naam erin en mijn gegevens zijn correct.

Nu zou ik DEinstalleren kunnen doen maar ik heb mijn mails met de codes verloren omdat door een ander probleem is verdwenen.

Ik heb dus geen gegevens meer.

Kunt U mij alle gegevens opnieuw toesturen svp.

Graag jullie hulp om de CC correct op mijn  MacBook pro  met CC te kunnen werken.

I believe you are getting error code 1 while installing Adobe Creative Cloud app .

If yes,  try below steps:

Launch Activity Monitor and Force Quit all Adobe related processes and setup related processes.

Step 1)

Open Utilities folder.

(Applications>Utiliites)

Locate Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folder under Utilities window and trash both folders.

Step2)


Click on the below link and download & run Adobe Cleaner tool :

Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6"

Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and then click on "Clean up Selected" .

Step 3)

Click on the below link and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use the same to install the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

Hi noud1947,

Regarding your lost information, to which codes are you referring? Creative Cloud does not require a serial number to activate. After following Brucgov's instructions, you should be able to simply sign in with the Adobe ID and password associated with your account: Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps‌.
