Hello everyone,
From the looks of the FACEBOOK site coments, I'm not the only one this is happening to.
I made the mistake of signing up for a TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION of the new Adobe yesterday, was trying to edit a pdf file that I had.
So far these buffoons have sent me verification codes about 35 times...only problem is...NO CODE!
I've checked my spam files etc...all the normal stuff. No f'%^&ing code.
Not only that, but now, whenever I open an old pdf file, I get the same message "Verification code".
I'm called their "customer service" (surely a euphemism!) three times...after waiting on hold, they sent me to another department to fix the problem. Only problem is - the number was busy.
How do i get this crap off my system?

What is this "new Adobe" of which you speak? Is there a specific product name, Adobe make about 50 things, each with their own problems...
