Installing Adobe Photoshop 2021 on my PC and 2020 on my old Mac with the same license?

I have just bought Photoshop Elements and Photoshop Premiere 2021 for my PC and have now installed them. However, I would also like to be able to use the Photoshop Elements on my old Macbook Pro, which I cannot upgrade beyond High Sierra. Am I able to download the 2020 version on my Mac, whilst using the 2021 on the PC, with the one license? (I am assuming it is compatible for both operating systems.)

No... the serial numbers are specific to the version

And it is not Photoshop Premiere, it is Premiere Elements
