I have two drives installed on my computer, a 250GB SSD (my C: Drive) and a 1TB HDD (my D: Drive).
Currently, my OS is installed on the C: Drive, but I have my Program Files installed to the D: Drive by default.
When I tried to install Adobe CC (including Photoshop) onto my computer, it doesn't give me the choice to install it onto a separate drive, so it installed onto my default drive (D:), however, when I did this I wasn't able to launch the program properly.
So ok, some programs can't run off the D: Drive, I've encountered the problem before, but Adobe CC didn't give me the option of installing it onto a different drive, so I had to change my default drive back to C: (using the Registry Editor program) and install it then. When I did this, I was able to run the Adobe CC apps fine, but all the programs installed on my D: Drive wouldn't launch properly. I then switched the default drive back to D:, and all the programs installed on there ran fine, but I couldn't launch Adobe CC properly, even though it was still installed on the C: Drive. It seems like I either have the choice of having Adobe CC, or all of my other programs run properly, but not both for some reason?
So in summary:
Default Drive is D: - CC installed on D: - CC cannot launch
Default Drive is C: - CC installed on C: - CC can launch, but none of the programs installed on D: work
Default Drive is D: - CC installed on C: - CC still cannot launch (it effectively acts the same as when it was installed on D:) but all my other programs work
I don't know what to do? I need to use the CC programs but I still need to have all my other programs functioning and I don't have enough space for them all on C: alone.

I think you may need to sign out of your account, uninstall everything and run the cleaner to be sure vestiges are gone, and install again using the information in the link below
