Installing error - 113

Hey guys,

everytime i want to install Photoshop or other programs from Adobe Creative Cloud i get the Error 113: Cant reach the Adobe Server. How can i fix this problem? I already tried deactivating my Antivirus and Firewall and it didnt work.
