Installing old versions (After effects 2022) [Cannot contact support in CC App]

Obviously I tried to search for a answer before posting, I tried to follow this post

I got Creative Cloud from my school, so I cannot contact the support it just says "Please contact your administrator for help". I also tried to search for a After Effects 2022 link on prodesigntools.com

but just cannot seem to find one. Can someone just send a link in the replies ?

there are no longer links to older versions. you have to use your cc desktop app. but if you enabled show older versions in the app and see none, that's probably because of a limitation enforced by your administrator.

I got it now ig, pretty annoying that I cant just install it from Adobe's official creative cloud client though...
