Installing Photoshop for 8 hours, 13%

I got the free trial earlier today and started to install photoshop. I wanted to edit some pictures to post on etsy. It's been stuck on 7% then 13% all day. I'm losing at least a day or more of my free trial trying to download one app. What's wrong here? I've never had a problem before downloading an app, there's nothing wrong in the install log, I removed all anti-virus software, rebooted, everything. It just wont download. It's literally been at 13% for 6 hours.

Are you downloading via Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app ?

If yes, 

Clear temp folder.

Navigate to C:>ProgramFiles>Adobe

Open Adobe folder ,if present delete / rename Adobe Photoshop folder.

You may also try from different User Admin account.,
