I am trying to install Photoshop on a Mac with an Intel chip.  I am warned that I need to go more. ..   I don't see that option.

I can't see all of my original post.  By the time  I was able to reach Adobe support on a weekday Photoshop had been downloaded and fully installed on my Mac running masOS Monteray version 12.1.

Please share the exact error message that you get. Also what is your OS version, are you a subscribed user or trying to install a trial version of the the application.

You probably need to to upgrade your OS.  Which macOS do you have?

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements to run Photoshop 2022.  Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 10 versions 21H2, 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported);
  • macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina)
