Invalid Serial # Photoshop CS6 [Branched & moved from old topic]

Hello, Sorry for my english but i´m from Germany i got a big problem. So I bought the Adobe Cs6 Web & design Premiun version years ago, and i switched from my old computer to a new netbook. There´s just a problem. The serial number seems invalid and the Livechat support couldnt help me. I just need my photoshop back to get the work done. what do i do? did i paid for nothing?

CS6 is discontinued. You need a valid serial number to activate your old CS6 software.  From whom did you purchase CS6?

If it was not purchased from Adobe, you should contact the vendor who sold it to you.

Also CS6 will not work on Win 11, Mac Monterey, Big Sur or Catalina.

A new notebook needs new software that is compatible.

Du kannst ruhig auch Deutsch schreiben. Die machinelle Übersetzung ist zwar nicht perfekt, arbeitet aber erstaunlich gut.

Zum Problem: 

Du solltest ältere Software nicht auf neuere Hardware und Betriebssystem loslassen und erwarten, dass alles einwandfrei läuft. Wenn allerdings die Seriennummer ungültig ist, dann hast Du ein anderes Problem. Es gibt einiges zu beachten: zu allererst läuft nicht jede Version mit jeder Seriennummer. 

Beispiel: Du hast die Installationsdateien der Master Collection also brauchst Du eine Mastercollection Seriennummer.

Weiteres Problem: Das moderne Betriebssystem ist nicht unterstützt und Du brauchst zur Installation ein weniger moderneres. 

Bitte teile uns die Daten Deiner neuen Maschine mit (Betriebssystem vor allem) und sage uns auch wo Du die Adobe Programme gekauft hast. War das bei Adobe oder einem autorisierten Händler oder mal so unter der Hand auf e-bay?
