I purchased a 12.9-inch iPad in the hope that I could work on it with my Adobe license (Photoshop and Illustrator mainly). I entered the iPad with the Creative Cloud subscription and there are no downloadable features! . If I subscribe to the cloud, how can I use the iPad in my subscription? They are only installed on one computer now.

iPads can't run Mac software. You can only run apps from Apple's App Store; there are no exceptions. There are Photoshop and Illustrator apps, something like the full apps (but not the others, like InDesign). They should run using your license, somehow.
