Please see photo below. Is this offering true for freelance artists? Has anyone else seen this post. Thank you!

Tacfly is correct, Melvin.  The 60-day offer is available to some, not all,  individuals when they attempt to complete the cancellation process as discussed in http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-membership-subscription.html.  The offers vary by region and individual.

Good morning.
This was one of the things that was being done before the outbreak of COVID-19 and was offered to keep customers trying to cancel.
I've seen similar screens when I tried to cancel before, but at that time I canceled without receiving the benefit.
You have to go through the steps to see if you can get the same benefits.

It is in Japanese, but here is the story of the person who actually got the benefit.

I think that's related to the process in the link below rather than the free Education access for distance learning.

"The 60-day offer is available to some individuals"

Jeff, to clarify: if  someone begins the cancellation process and this offer does not come up, what happens? Do they complete the cancellation and pay the cancellation fee?

If I accept the offer, do I stay on a monthly plan for 29,99 /mo or does the price go up afterwards like announced in an email? And does this 60 days free-offer extend my plan for 2 months? Or do I have a new 12 month contract afterwards? There are no details given...
