Hello Support,
I am a Research Coordinator with the University of Florida and we've purchased a year's subscription of Adobe Creative Cloud. After the year's subscription ends, would we be allowed to pay month-to-month instead of renewing for another year of subscription?

Let me move this to the Get Started forum for you, where you are more likely to receive an answer to your question.
The Community Help forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs. Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.

I can't give an official answer, but here are some random thoughts.
1. Switching from annual to monthly plans for normal retail programs would need talking to Adobe, cancelling one and starting the other; timed exactly to the end of the year to avoid penalties.
2. The retail price for month-to-month is signficantly higher than the annual programs.
3. I would think you are on an academic license. So far as I know these exist only in annual versions, so you'd have to switch from academic to retail monthly pricing, probably increasing about threefold in price.
4. Special and complex plans may be available to academic enterprise licensing, check with your licensing contact.
