Is there any way to get a refund on my cancellation fee? I missed the 14 day thing by 2 hours

I'm a University student and now I'm down £109 probably having to sacrifice food for 2 months.

I'm sat freaking out in my room, Please i'm begging anybody is there a way to get this money back
