No. The price includes use of software, upgrades, and optional cloud services. You cannot choose only part of this. Price from $10 per month (year commitment) which is a huge bargain given it was $700 when last sold (6 years subscription!)

The only perpetual licensed software that Adobe sells anymore is Photoshop Elements.

Oterwise everything else is by Subscription.
