What do you want help with?

That offer is for Certification bundle and NOT for the Adobe program. It is a School Course to get Certified on using Adobe programs.

So I'd say it is legit, maybe.

Do you want to get certified on using some Adobe programs? If not just forget about it.

those aren't even adobe certifications so i'm not sure why anyone would pay for that.  it's like paying for a phd from some (more or less) unknown website.
