Does your computer user profile have administrative permissions to read/write to files on the hard drive which is needed for installation?

I installed LR CC, PS and Creative Cloud with no issues.

It wasn't until I came to install a PS update that I had a problem and cannot install it?

Strange?

I have just returned to the link you provided and tried again.

I tried to download and install from the alternative downloads, choose Windows 10 - 64 bit

I can confirm the file downloaded as before

I can also confirm the it unzip and attemted to install but then comes the 306 error again?

Would it be worth uninstalling PS and reinstalling it?

Would it cause any issues with my account or would it automatically link to my package?

If you think it is worth trying please confirm link to download PS
