Issue Updating Lightroom Classic – Restricted Access to Application Management Features

Hello Adobe Community,

I’m having trouble updating Lightroom Classic.

I have an active annual subscription, but I’m still stuck with the 2023 version of Lightroom Classic on a MacBook Pro 2017.

When I try to update via Creative Cloud, I get the following message:
"You don’t have access to manage apps. You might need permission from your IT administrator to manage apps."

Could someone help me fix this issue? Thanks in advance for your support!

If this machine is managed by your school or employer, contact your IT dept for assistance.
