Hi All,
I have installed and use Adobe Creative Cloud to manage Adobe apps. I activate the apps by device license. We will keeps check for the apps update every week. Current apps version is 2018. We get to notify that there is some apps can be update to version 2019 on last week (refer to photo 1), eg Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

After the update, those apps become Trial for 7 days. I login Adobe console to generate the AdobeSerialization license to reactivate but failed. I contacted the adobe support and they told that current device license was not able to activate for latest version apps. They suggested to rollback to previous version. So I removed all apps using AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool and recreated the Adobe package to install back all apps in version 2018, Unfortunately, after done, I start the Adobe Creative Cloud, it is show "try" instead "update" (refer to photo 2).

Please help / advice.
Thank you.
Boon

The old versions menu is available when you have a named subscription recognized by your email address and as the device licenses are not recognized like that you'll never have this menu .
