Je n'arrive pas à ouvrir indesign

Bonjour, toute ma suite adobe fonctionne normalement. 

En revanche quand je tente d'ouvrir Indesign, j'ai un écran noir qui apparaît et rien ne se passe. Je ne peux n'y créer de nouveau documents ni voir les anciens. Il y a un cercle au milieu de l'écran comme si l'app aller chargée mais rien ne se passe, avez vous une solution svp car je dois rendre un rapport rapidement et le service technique ne répond pas.

Lara3, what version of InDesign are you trying to install?  If it is InDesign CC, then what type of Creative Cloud membership have you purchased?

I have the same problem as Lara, a black screen etc., Jeff. no idea what version of Indesign was installed, just signed on for trial period yesterday. This morning before going to work I chatted with one of your experts who took over my computer and did something that should have worked. Unfortunately coming back home I found out nothing has changed and the support centre is not available!!! I hope that my whole trial period is not taken up with trying to kept the software to work!
