Did you try logging out of Creative Cloud and logging back in again?

Hi,

I started having this problem with the 2019 software (Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop).

I removed my antivirus / firewall software (ESET) and the problem was solved right away.

I had tried deleting the opm.db file from c:\users\admin\apps\Adobe... as some people

suggested in the forums and it worked temporarily but then the problem came back

and deleting that file again stopped doing the trick for some reason.

I had support from Adobe work remotely on my computer, removed files and changed

all kinds of settings and they could not fix the problem.

Removing my antivirus/firewall software worked immediately. However, I never had

this problem with my previous versions of the Adobe software, so something changed

and got really messed up on 2019. I hope Adobe can figure this out quickly and get it fixed.

Not being able to have my Antivirus makes me pretty nervous. But for now, I have to get

work done with client projects that had already been started on 2019.

I hope this helps.
