I have bought Kaleido Fx 4, but when I go to Creative Cloud there is only a buy button, not an install button

I've now paid so my subscription includes Creative Cloud, but when I go into Kaleido Fx 4 I still only get the buy button.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

in support of @KanikaS's suggestions, you need a cc subscription, and you need to have purchased that ps plugin using the same adobe id.
to confirm you did that, check that your account - https://account.adobe.com shows both.
