Today I have been debited on my Credit Card 14,99 € by Adobe. So apparently my membership has not been cancelled, although I requested it, and you confirmed it would expire. Kindly request you/Adobe to re-credit the 14,99 € and cancel any further subscription/membership.
Could you pls confirm?
