Kann Programme nicht installieren

Hallo,

ich habe mir vor Monaten die Testversionen der Programme geholt, die nun abglaufen ist. Jetzt habe ich vor ein paar Tagen alle Applikationen gekauft, kann sie aber nicht installieren....


Mir wird jedesmal angezeigt das ich sie nur testen kann oder das meine Testzeit abgelaufen ist....

in meinem Konto habe ich bereits auch nachgesehen und dort befindet sich auch kein Hinweis das ich bereits ein Abo habe.. Dennoch habe ich von meinem PayPal Konto eine Bestätigung über die Bestellung bekommen.

Woran liegt es das ich die Programme nicht installieren kann?

Ja habe ich ... dann hat es funktioniert und ich konnte zumindest Photoshop installieren aber des hat nach 26% aufgehört und es stand wieder über all testversion runterladen da...

Hallo, Ich habe eine dingende Frage!

Ich versuche hier ein neuen Frage Button aufzumachen, naja ich schreibe jetzt einfach mal hier drunter.

Wir haben Adobe Photoshop elements 14 vor circa 10 Jahren gekauft und wollen es gern wieder nutzen. Allerdings klappt es nicht so ganz mit der Installation. Kann ich da irgendwas machen, dass das funktioniert? Ist mein PC zu neu oder das Pogramm zu alt? Ich freue mich sehr auf eine Antwort von euch.
