La aplicación de escritorio de Creative Cloud no carga!

Buenas, mi problema es que la aplicacion de creative cloud no quiere cargar (ya hice TODOS los pasos) que se indican en su pagina de resolucion de problemas paso a paso... 

Necesito alguna solucion o respuesta debido a que si me urge utilizarlo por que me dedico a la creacion de contenido y no puedo estar con esos problemas. Muchas Gracias!

make sure your computer meets specs:

The Creative Cloud desktop app has the following requirements:

  • Microsoft® Windows 10 (64-bit only) and later
  • Mac OS X v10.12 and later
  • Internet connection

 

if it does, do a clean cc install:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
