Lack of support for upper end MAC's.

After upgrading my MAC to a 12 Core Xeon processor now I'm being told that Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder, are all not supported by my MAC. This is the typical lazy software writers at it again. Still using COVID as an excuse also. Not happy with the support that Adobe is giving. Even the AI virtual assistant is useless. So much for AI on Adobe's end!

According to other messages I've read the latest Mac operating system (I think version 14) is causing problems

 

Every time Apple issues a new operating system, and sometimes even incremental upgrades, it takes Adobe some time to catch up to what is new

Not the issue. I am using IOS 12.7 Monterey… Adobe is not supporting the hardware which I have been using now for the past 6 years. If this is not fixed I will be forced to stop my full subscription to Adobe to just what I can use. If this keeps up I will be forced to stop using the MAC for any work and go over to my PC. Not happy with the constant drop in support for OS systems and hardware…

you need to use older compatible versions.  

 

1. you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials. other versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).

2. for versions cc 2019 and older, use prodesigntools.com*.

3. for versions newer than cc 2019 but older than one previous version, contact adobe support for links**.

save the install file. it may not remain online.

** this support is currently not available. ie, there's a significant gap (between 2019 and last year) in the available previous versions.

opposition to this decision (to limit available previous versions) has been conveyed to adobe officials who are therefore aware of the problems caused by this policy. however, unless/until changes are made, nothing can be done to legally access these files.

What’s the point of paying for old software. Besides I already have had to go back to the older supported versions. My Beef is with the lack of support for upper end computers. A 12 Core Xeon should have been included in all new upgrades. Adobe appears to be not caring about the hardware side. It is easier for them to only write for new hardware and software. That is my point.
Hardware is costly and the software not so much.

If you are referring to Support chat,  (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

Then ask for the Video Queue for advanced video app support.
