Yesterday on my Windows 11 machine, Creative Cloud Desktop indicated there was an update available. I let it go. The result was a new installtion with a totally blank window when it runs.
I went to the Cloud site and downloaded the latest version, installed it, and opened it.
All I get is a blank window.
Reboots don't seem to help.
It updated fine on my Win 10 machine.
I'm now stuck.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:

Thanks.
I fixed it by downloading the "uninstall" app which also has a repair option.
I ran the repair, that downloaded a new copy (even though I did that yeaterday" and when that installed, it ran perfectly.
The repair option obviously did something additional.
