Good morning,
Until last week I was using Photoshop Elements 2022 which I purchased. Suddenly it no longer works and my account states that I don't have a license!
Did ADOBE not clean up a little too quickly?
THANKS

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

do you see an option to license pse 2022 when trying to open it?

No, the home page offers me to edit photos and when I click it spins non-stop.

what makes you think it's unlicensed? ie, open pse, click help and see if activate/sign-in or deactivate/sign-out is clickable. DON'T click on deactivate/sign-out.

When I go to https://account.adobe.com/ I can't find my license anymore.
Historically I have 2 email addresses I bought the PSE 2022 license on mail2. Then I bought another license on mail1 for another PC. I thought I was doing the right thing by adding the second address to my mail1 account as a mail2 recovery address. It may have made some knots...
Thanks

Pascal, I can confirm there are no registered software titles under the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum. I would recommend contacting people within the organization that manages the e-mail address to figure out the proper account that has access to Photoshop Elements 2022.
Please see https://adobe.ly/4hKDnuE for information on how to review the software titles registered under the account. ^JW

Hello,
the people within the organization that manages the email address to determine the appropriate account told me that they do not have control over perpetual licenses, but only subscriptions... I believe my license is permanently lost.
Thanks

Recently I have been able to open the application again by double-clicking on an existing Photoshop file, but I can only do it once otherwise I have to turn the PC back on... so i tried to connect, and now, unlike last time it works fine!
THANKS A LOT
