Buonasera sono un docente di scuola secondaria e sto avendo problemi ad utilizzare una vecchia licenza inerente a Illustrator e Photoshop Cs6. Durante l'inserimento del numero di serie mi viene segnalato che non è valido. Come posso ricolvere?
do you have the original installation files for ai and ps? they must be the education versions that match your serial numbers. ie, you can't use the commonly available installation files.
and, if you registered with adobe, you may be able to confirm your serial numbers and possible download the correct version from the account you used to register at account.adobe.com
