Yes have the same Problem, and agree with Greg, it brings you to support which goes in a circle. Adobe needs to provide the proper link to re download LR4 or provide an upgrade which works with the serial# we have. I don't mind to pay for LR6 Upgrade.

You will need to contact the support. There is no other way.
Please note: Lightroom 4 and 5 are no longer officially supported products: Adobe Support Policies: Supported Product Versions (source)
Alternatively, buy a copy of Lightroom 6 or purchase a Creative Cloud Photography plan.

I tried to find the section where i can purchase LR6, i also could not find that.
I find Adobe Website very hard to navigate and find stuff. Specially to get to Support.

I would also request you to check the support options for the same using this link: - What are my contact options? My recommendation would be to choose from CC version so that you can get all the new featural updates and compatibility assurance with the latest OS.

Yes, I aready tried that with several different countries. As soon as I switch it from India to Australia or the United States, I lose the purchase page and cannot proceed any further with buying LR6.
That's why I asked if it's for India only.
