Can I give my Lightroom 4 disc to someone else to load on their computer. Thanks

-you may NOT sell or transfer an Education serial number

 

That is, of course, if the serial number will even work... I don't know the age of LR4, but I do know that the activation server for CS3 (and earlier) has been shut down... so if LR4 is the same age as CS3 it will not activate
