Lightroom 5.7.1: enter the disc to the station USB memory stick (D:)

My Lightroom stopped working all of a sudden (don't know if it has something to do with Windows updates). When trying to launch it it only says: Enter the disc to the station USB memory stick (D:). I've purchased the product from your webstore a few years ago but I can't find it anymore from my account.
