Help! I've gone through the Adobe Tech support and they are no more help than a 10 yr old. I have installed and am attempting top open the trial of LR cc, when it open a white box pops up giving me three options; quit LR, buy LR or start trial. I click on the start trial....it responds like it's going to open but then just loops back to the same white box. I have signed out/signed back in, restarted my pc, deleted everything and reinstalled, even...as Adobe tech support suggested was to use a different Adobe ID. All failed miserably. Does anyone have any other possible suggestions? tia
User3945230, sorry for any inconvenience. Please utilize the steps listed in User and license information issues | CC 2019 to resolve any errors which may be occurring with the Windows Certificate Manager.

Several people have reported that the LRCC trial is not working which is obviously putting off potential customers.
