Lightroom CC Trial while having a CC Subscription

New Here ,
Dec 10, 2018 Dec 10, 2018

Hi all,

I have a problem with Lightroom CC. The app opens in a trial version while I have a Creative Cloud Subscription.

When I open the app it asks me to buy, when I click buy it says I've already have it.

Things I've already tried:

     - Sign out and back in (not working)

     - Deactivate by  signing out (not working)

     - The app is up-to-date

     - Removed Adobe-related entries from the hosts file (not working)

Can someone please help me?

Thank you..

Thanks, Terence_hill, for the updated information.  What Adobe CC applications are installed on the Windows 10 computer?  Do you have any CC 2019 applications installed?

As a next step please follow the steps listed in User and license information issues | CC 2019 to resolve any errors within the Windows Credential Manager that may be preventing Lightroom CC from exiting trial mode.

Terence_hill, sorry that Lightroom CC keeps opening in trial mode.  I reviewed the activation history, and there was a successful activation request today.  Do you have any other Adobe CC applications installed, Terence_hill?  Do they also open in trial mode?  Finally, what operating system are you installing Lightroom CC on?

Hi Jeff A Wright , Thank you, it works now.

And yes I have other Adobe CC apps installed and these do not open in trial mode. I'm using windows 10 and also have the apps installed on my iPad Pro.
