Lightroom CD - Version 1.1

I have an old CD version of lightroom 1.1.  I want to install it on my laptop, but chat support and phone support are zero help because there is no new revenue for Adobe.  

How do I go about downloading lightroom and using the Serial Number that i have from the CD box to install it on my Surface Pro.

Thankfully, that should not be an issue.

There was no activation mechanism in Lightroom 5 or earlier. Activation first appeared in Lightroom version 6.
