Lightroom classic does not start

New Here ,

Installed lightroom classic after that i clicked on the icon, nothing happens. I also tried to open catalogue file. Does not work either. Tried to de-install and install again. Restarted the computer. Still same problem.

Windows 10, Intel i9. 32Gb.
