Lightroom did not (and will not) download

I purchased Lightroom, however it did download. When I tried again, I received this message: You already have a Lightroom CC plan with 1TB (one-year) in your account. We're unable to assign two licenses of the same product to one account.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
