I've been searching for hours trying to find if thete is a “package“ consisting just of Premiere Pro and Lightroom because i don't need extra programs with that...If not can i somehow manually assemble a package?

no, that package does not exist. Lr comes as the Photography plan (Lr Classic+Photoshop+Lr CC+20Gb cloud space) or if you want Lr Cc+1Tb of cloud space for around 10$ and Premiere comes as single application for aroun 20$ per month. There is no bundle. You will find Ps, however, very useful together with Premiere.

Pay attention, there are per year subscriptions and per month subscriptions. Per month is more expensive, but you can cancel at the end of the month without fee. The Photography plan is available only for a year.

However, Premiere goes very well together with After Effects. I wouldn’t like to miss having Pr+Ae+Ai+Ps for video editing.
