Lightroom (Purchase not available in Uruguay)

Hi, i'm from Uruguay, until recently i had the photographic plan of 12 euros, now when i'm going to pay, find a  notification says it is not available in my country. There is a way to have the Lightroom legally from Uruguay, search on your page and it is impossible.
