Lightroom

Lightroom seems to be stuck, a blue circle just keeps going round, i have tried to unistal it, nothing seem to work, photoshop it fine.

Are you unable to uninstall ? Are you getting any error message ?

 

If you are not able to uninstall , try Microsoft Fix It :
