AEM is enterprise level software. For busnesses working at the leading edge. And you say you don't have an enterprise level email account? This seems strange, talk to your IT department about why not.

The administrator of your organization's account can help you in this case.

AEM is for businesses, not for individuals so you will have to take help from your administrator.

Once they allow you, you can download and install AEM.
