LINK TO UPDATE LIGHTROOM 5.2 NOT WORKING

Just installed my Lightroom 5 software on a new PC.  I currently have version 5.2, and when I open the program it gives me the option to update to version 5.7. However the link http://supportdownloads.adobe.com/detail.jsp?ftpID=5857 is not working.  It says "Problem Loading Page".  Is there a way to update Lightroom 5 to the most updated version of the software?

the last version of lr 5 is 5.7.1 and is available here - https://prodesigntools.com/lightroom-5-ddl-comparison-vs-lr4.html

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file. it may not remain online.
