Hallo Zusammen, ich habe einen Kunden der alle 3 Jahre aufgrund von Leasing einen neuen Rechner erhält. In der Vergangenheit wurde wohl versäumt die Software CS 6 Design Standard vom alten PC zu deinstallieren um sie auf dem neuen PC zu installieren. Nun stehe ich vor dem Problem, dass die zugehörige Seriennummer aufgurnd von zu vielen Aktivierungen nicht mehr zulässig ist. Die alten PCs sind leider schon längst bem Leasinggeber gelandet bzw. vernichtet. Gibt es die Möglichkeit sämtliche Aktivierungen zu einer Seriennumer zu löschen? Im Adobe Account sehe ich zum Produkt leider keine Rechner. Darüber könnte man sicherlich PC-Aktivierungen löschen.

no.  the only way to deactivate is to use a computer that currently has an activation associated with it.  currently there's no work-around and no alternative.  ie, things changed recently so if you check older posts you'll see lots of recommendations to request an "activation count reset" from adobe.  that's no longer possible.
