[LOCKED, Wrong Forum] PDF not recognizes file names and puts ???????

Hi there, I upgraded my computer and installed windows 10 and when I installed PDF suite the PDF does not recognize the files names and puts ?????????? instead of the real file name and therefore does not recognize the file name. The filenames are not in English. What do I do?

What is "PDF Suite"? Please give exact product name and version.

PDF Suite is NOT an Adobe product.  Why don't you ask them why it doesn't work?
