[Locked - wrong support site] Custom Pods

Hello

I have tried custom pods in standard view but I get these error: 

1. Unsupported Content, To see this content switch classic view
2. There was an error converting your file
3. Content disabled by Administrator

It would mean a lot if you could help me with these.

I am using adobe connect.
